Username and password issues:
If you forgot your password, click

If you are having problems with your username and
password please read the instructions below.
1. Do not enter e-mail address domain extensions
with your username.
Do not enter @aol.com, @yahoo.com,
@hotmail.com, etc., etc.
2. Use lowercase letters only.
3. Be sure your caps lock is off.
4. If it still does not work then this means
when you chose your username and password that you used
some uppercase letters in your selection. Try capitalizing
the first letter of each word or other letters that
you think you may have capitalized.
5. If you still are unable to login then send
an e-mail to the webmaster. In your e-mail be very specific.
If you do not include
ALL of the following information below you will not
receive a reply e-mail.
Tell us your first and last name.
Tell us in detail exactly what
you were doing or tried to do and what happened or did
not happen.
Do not send us an e-mail with the
following statement "I can't access the website" or
"My password doesn't
work", this can mean many different things.
Tell us your username and password
if you can remember it.
Tell us if you signed up online
or through the mail.
If you signed up online tell us
your transaction #.
If you signed up online tell us
your subscription # if you have one.
If you signed up through the mail
tell us the date you sent in your form.
6. When we e-mail you back with your username
and password please print out the e-mail or write your
username and password down and put it in a safe place.
7. It may be up to 72 hours before we reply.
